Austin Lakeside Boat & RV Storage Grand opening!

Donna Garrison - Owner/Broker of Austin Lakeside Properties and her husband Curtis Corbitt are excited to announce their new business - Austin Lakeside Boat & RV Storage! This new venture has been a dream for both Donna and Curtis for many years now, the construction is now finished ! Grand opening July 15 - August 15, 2016!

On January 11, 2016 construction began on the first phase build out of 111 enclosed and covered Boat & RV storage units. The new facility features extra wide concrete drives, covered and enclosed storage units all with concrete floors. The enclosed units have insulated ceilings to keep your boat cooler in the summer, with 12 foot high doors on the 35 foot units and 14 foot high doors on the 40 foot deep units. These will handle wake board boats with tall towers and larger cruisers that need high overhead clearance. The 50 foot covered RV spaces are large enough to handle the largest  class C motor homes and the buildings are oriented so that the RV's will always be out of the sun.

The entire facility has night sky friendly LED lighting, 20 amp power in all units with optional 30 amp power for the RV spaces. Security is our highest priority, we have 24 hour video surveillance of the entire site, on site owners, a highly secured keypad entry gate, security fencing, security lighting, and our SSL secure website keeps your personal information safe.

Donna was the obvious Realtor to call!

Donna Garrison did an outstanding job of selling our Lake Travis waterfront property in a very tough market. For over twenty years, Donna was our neighbor and she always impressed us with her knowledge of current Real Estate issues in the area. When we made the decision to sell, Donna was the obvious Realtor to call. The market on Lake Travis for lakefront properties was extremely competitive and our particular situation was made even more difficult by some unusual Title and flood plain issues. Donna skillfully researched the issues and used her knowledge of the community to resolve those potential barriers. I truly doubt that another Realtor would have been so effective in our situation. Even in the difficult market and with the unique property challenges, we sold our property within 90 days of listing it with Donna. She did an amazing job!

I worked in commercial real estate for almost 30 years, so I appreciate a great Broker when I work with one. The majority of Brokers I encountered never worked as hard as you do. I was always amazed at those who expected the client to do half of the work, or hoped that the selling Broker would cover for them. You are really good at what you do.
